SALMON PATTIES 
1 lb. can of salmon
4 egg whites or egg substitutes equal to 2 eggs
2/3 c. oat bran cereal
1 med. onion, minced fine
1 tbsp. finely chopped parsley
1 tbsp. fresh squeezed lemon juice

Mix all ingredients together and shape into patties. Spray a non-stick pan with Pam and fry until crisp. Serves 4.
