SHEPHERD'S PIE 
2 c. diced cooked lamb or beef
2 c. vegetables (peas, carrots, onions, Limas, etc - left over or fresh)
1/2 tsp. salt
Freshly ground pepper to taste
2 c. left over or canned gravy
2 c. mashed potatoes
1 tbsp. butter

Mix lamb or beef, vegetables, seasonings, and gravy in 2 quart casserole. Top with mashed potatoes. Dot with butter. Bake in 375 degree oven until potatoes are lightly brown (20-25 minutes). Serves 4 -6 people.
