SHEPHERD'S PIE 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 sm. onion
2 cans cream corn
1/2 sm. green pepper
1/4 c. celery
1 can cream of celery soup
Shredded cheese
2 c. mashed potatoes

Brown ground beef, onion, pepper and celery; drain. Mix in soup. Pour into casserole or 9x13 dish. Spread out even. Top with corn, then potatoes and cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Serve with crackers and salad.
