2/3 of a pkg. Oreo cookies (12 oz. pkg.)
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. French vanilla pudding, instant
1/2 stick butter

Crush cookies in bottom of 9"x9" pan (save some to sprinkle on top). Cream butter and cream cheese. Add powdered sugar and blend until smooth. Prepare instant pudding as directed on the package. Add to cream cheese mixture and fold in the Cool Whip. Put this mixture on top of the crushed cookies. Sprinkle with remaining cookies on top. Chill at least 2 hours.
