GO-OUT-ALL-DAY-SHOPPING STEW 
2 lb. beef stew cut into bite size pieces
4 to 5 potatoes cut into bite size pieces
6 carrots
1 sm. can peas drained
1 can tomatoes
3 or 4 onions
1 c. diced celery
4 tbsp. tapioca
1 tbsp. sugar
1 slice bread cubed
Salt and pepper to taste

Do not brown meat. Combine all ingredients in a large baking dish. Cover with foil and bake at 250 degrees for five hours. Serves 6 or 8.
