1 frying chicken, cut in pieces
1/2 c. soy sauce
2 or 3 green onions, sliced including tops
1 tbsp. sugar
Clove of crushed garlic

Marinate chicken pieces overnight in other ingredients, in a heavy plastic bag. Turn several times. Grill chicken pieces over charcoal outdoors until done. Use tongs to turn chicken as it cooks for even browning.
