OVEN BARBECUE CHICKEN 
1 frying chicken, cut up
Salt and pepper
3 tbsp. catsup
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 tbsp. brown sugar
4 tbsp. water
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. mustard
1 tsp. chili powder

Season chicken with salt and pepper. Combine remaining ingredients in saucepan. Simmer until blended. Dip chicken pieces in sauce. Place in 9 x 13 pan.

Pour remaining sauce over chicken. Cover completely with foil.

Bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake for another 1 hour and 15 minutes.
