OVEN BARBEQUE CHICKEN 
3 lb. chicken, skinned
1 c. onion, thinly sliced
1 1/2 c. tomato sauce
3/4 c. white vinegar
1 tbsp. & 1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. brown sugar (may use sub.)
1 bay leaf
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. powdered mustard

In 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish, arrange chicken with onion slices on top. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over chicken. Bake 50-60 minutes, basting often. Discard bay leaf before serving.
