SUPERBOWL EGG BRUNCH 
4 slices bacon, cut into sm. pieces
1 lg. and 1 sm. jar (or 3 sm.) Armour dried beef, chopped
1 can sliced mushrooms
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. flour
4 c. milk
1 tsp. pepper
16 eggs
1 c. evaporated milk
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. butter

Saute bacon until crisp; add dried beef, mushrooms, and butter. Stir until butter is melted. While hot, add flour and cook one minute. Stir in milk and pepper; cook until thick and smooth. In mixing bowl, mix eggs, evaporated milk, and salt. In large skillet, scramble eggs in 1/4 cup butter. In 1 large or 2 small baking dishes, layer eggs and sauce; repeat layers. Bake 1 hour at 275 degrees. Yield: 14 servings.
