BUBBLE PIZZA 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 c. (15 oz.) pizza sauce
2 tubes refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
1 1/2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Brown meat, drain. Stir in pizza sauce. Quarter the biscuits and place in greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish. Top with beef mixture.

Bake uncovered at 400°F for 20 to 25 minutes. Sprinkle with cheeses and bake another 5 to 10 minutes or until cheese is melted. Let stand 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
