QUICK CREAMED CHICKEN | |
6 boneless chicken breasts 1 can of cream of mushroom soup 1/2 pt. sour cream 1/2 c. mushrooms, chopped 1/4 c. parsley Paprika Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cut chicken up into small strips. Mix the mushroom soup, sour cream, mushrooms and parsley and place into baking dish (13 x 9 inches). Add the cut up chicken, make sure chicken is covered by mixture. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees, uncovered. Serve over rice or noodles. |
