CRAB WON TONS 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (6 oz.) pkg. frozen crab meat
Won Ton skins

Mix cream cheese and crab. Place 1 teaspoon of mixture in the middle of a won ton skin and fold up like an envelope. Wet the edges of the skin and pinch lightly to seal together. Fry in hot oil on both sides. Serve hot. Makes 3 dozen.
