2 c. Bisquick
1 1/2 c. milk
2 eggs
1 lg. Cottage cheese
1 lg. pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed
Whip cream (optional)

Mix Bisquick, milk and eggs together. Make pancakes. Place one cooked pancake on dish. Spread with Cottage cheese. Place another pancake on top of Cottage cheese. Cover with strawberries. Top with whip cream if desired.
