TURTLE BARS 
1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. oatmeal
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. butter

LAYERS:

6 oz. chocolate chips
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 jar caramel topping & 1/4 c. flour

Mix crust ingredients (reserve about 1 cup) and pat down crust on 9 x 13 inch pan and bake 10 minutes. Layer remaining ingredients. Sprinkle reserved topping. Bake 20 minutes at 375 degrees.
