TURTLE BARS 
CRUST:

1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. oatmeal
Pinch of salt
3/4 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. butter

Combine flour, oatmeal, salt and brown sugar; cut in butter. Mix until creamy. Reserve 3/4 of crust. Pat into 13 x 9 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes.

On top of crust put:

1 c. chocolate chips
1/2 c. pecans, chopped
1 jar butterscotch ice cream topping
1/2 c. flour

Drizzle this over the chocolate chip mixture and crumble reserved crust mixture over top. Bake at 350 degrees another 12 minutes.
