TURTLE CAKE BARS 
1 German Chocolate cake mix
1 c. evaporated milk
3/4 c. butter
14 oz. caramels
1 c. nuts
1 c. chocolate chips

Mix together the cake mix, 1/2 cup evaporated milk and 3/4 cup butter. Put 1/2 of the mixture in 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake 6 minutes at 350 degrees.

Melt 14 ounces of caramels in 1/2 cup evaporated milk. Pour over the top of baked portion. Sprinkle over the top 1 cup chopped nuts and 1 cup chocolate chips. Spread the remaining batter over the top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
