DORA'S TURTLE BARS 
CRUST:

2 c. flour
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. butter, softened
Pecan halves

CARAMEL LAYER:

2/3 c. butter
1/3 c. brown sugar
1 sm. pkg. milk chocolate chips

Mix crust mixture well and pat into 9 x 13 pan. Cover with pecan halves. Cook 2/3 cup butter and 1/3 cup brown sugar for caramel layer for 1 minute. Pour over crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until caramel bubbles. Pour chocolate chips over top. Melt and spread.
