3/4 c. oil
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
Decorations or cinnamon

Beat 2 eggs with fork and stir in cooking oil and vanilla. Blend in sugar. Add flour, baking powder and salt. Drop by teaspoonfuls on ungreased cookie sheet.

Lightly oil the bottom of a plastic glass, dip in sugar, stamp the cookie flat. Continue dipping the glass in sugar and pressing each cookie. Children may sprinkle decorations or cinnamon on cookies. Bake 8-10 minutes at 400 degrees. Remove form cookie sheet.
