CRUNCHY HERB FISH 
1/4 c. shortening
1 c. Potato Buds (dry)
2 tsp. dried basil leaves
1 egg, beaten or Egg Beaters
2 tsp. instant minced onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 lb. fish fillets

Heat oven to 425 degrees. Melt shortening. Mix potatoes, basil, onion, salt and pepper. Dip fish into egg; coat with potato mixture. Place in pan and bake for about 10-15 minutes. Turn fish and bake until fish flakes easily. (5 servings).
