CRUNCHY SWISS & HAM APPETIZERS 
2 c. very stiff mashed potatoes
1 c. Swiss cheese, shredded
2 c. cooked ham, shredded or chopped fine
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. onion, minced
1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 cans Corn Flakes, crushed

Combine all ingredients (except Corn Flakes). Chill well. Shape into 2 inch balls and roll in Corn Flakes. Bake on greased cookie sheet 25 minutes at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Yield about 8 dozen.
