2 c. very stiff mashed potatoes
2 c. finely chopped cooked ham
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. minced onion
1 egg, well beaten
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 1/2 c. cornflakes, crushed

Combine all ingredients except cornflakes; chill. Shape into 1 inch balls and roll in cornflakes. Place in greased cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Serve while hot. Yield: about 8 dozen.
