1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. half & half
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. ground red pepper
4 eggs
3 pkg. (8 oz. each) cream cheese, softened
1/2 lb. finely chopped cooked smoked ham
2 c. shredded Swiss cheese

Grease 9 inch springform pan. Coat side and bottom with bread crumbs. Beat half & half, mustard, salt and red pepper, eggs and cream cheese until smooth. Stir in half and cheese. Spread in pan. Bake in 325 degree oven until set, about 1 hour. Can be refrigerated 48 hours. Let stand at room temperature for 2 hours before serving.
