INDIAN CORN MEAL 
1 c. cream-style corn
1 c. self-rising white corn meal
1/3 c. vegetable oil
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. grated cheese
1 small pod sweet banana pepper
salt and pepper (optional)

Mix all ingredients together and pour into a 9-inch loaf pan.

Bake at 375°F for 35 to 40 minutes or until lightly browned. Can be wrapped and frozen for later use.
