TEXAS SHEET CAKE 
2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. water
2 eggs
1 tsp. baking soda
2 c. flour, sifted
2 sticks butter
4 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 c. sour cream

In bowl mix sugar, flour and salt; set aside. In saucepan bring butter, 1 cup water and cocoa to a boil. Mix this in bowl with sugar, flour and salt. Then add eggs, sour cream and baking soda. Mix well and pour into greased 17"x13" pan. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees.

FROSTING:

1 stick butter
6 tbsp. milk
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 lb. powdered sugar

In saucepan put butter, cocoa and milk; boil for 3 minutes. Add powdered sugar. Frost cake as soon as it comes out of oven.
