PEACH PIE 
Approximately 6 peaches
1 pie shell
1 1/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. whipping cream
2 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt or less
2 tbsp. butter
Cinnamon

Cut and peel peaches and place in pie shell. Spread butter over peaches. Mixture: Then beat eggs first, then add whipping cream, then add sugar, flour and salt. Pour over peaches and sprinkle top with cinnamon. Bake at 375 degrees approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour or until pie starts to firm.
