FRESH PEACH AND COCONUT CREAM
PIE
 
Baked 9 inch pie shell
1 pkg. coconut cream pudding
1 1/2 c. milk
1/4 tsp. almond flavoring
2 c. whipping cream (whipped)
1 c. sliced, peeled fresh peaches

Combine pudding and milk. Cook according to pudding directions. Cool 5 minutes. Add flavoring. Fold in whipping cream. Pour enough filling to cover bottom of pie crust. Arrange peaches on top of filling. Cover with remaining filling. Chill.
