VEAL & CRAB (ARRABBIATA) 
2 tbsp. olive oil
3 oz. veal cutlet
3 oz. crab meat
Flour
1 oz. white wine
2 anchovy filets
Crushed red pepper to taste
4 oz. marinara sauce
8 oz. raw cavatelli per order

Add oil to saute pan. Heat. Dredge veal in flour, brown lightly in oil. Add anchovies and red pepper, cook 2 minutes. Add crab, white wine, cook 2 minutes. Add marinate. Simmer 5 minutes. Cook cavatelli per directions. Pour veal and crab over cavatelli.

Serves 1.
