CRAB DIP 
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1/2 lb. butter
1 lb. crab meat (fresh or frozen)
3 tbsp. sherry wine
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Tabasco to taste

Melt cheese and butter in top of double boiler. Stir in crab meat, sherry, Worcestershire and Tabasco. Serve in chafing dish with Fritos. Also good for luncheon served over rice.

A family favorite. We serve it with carrot, cauliflower, jicama, celery and crackers. My husband loves it on English muffins the next day. I use more sherry than 3 tbsp. I use sherry throughout the evening/day to thin down the mixture. I almost always double the recipe. The Worcestershire sauce adds a nice depth of flavor as does the Tabasco. It is a very simple and easy to make yummy dip. Here in the Pacific NW we have very delicious Dungeness/King Crab. (I always use the real deal, it's so worth it.)
