UNCOOKED TOMATO RELISH 
2 qt. (12-14) med. tomatoes, peeled and chopped
3/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. green pepper
1 c. chopped celery
2 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. mustard seed
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/8 tsp. ground cloves
1 c. cider vinegar

Mix thoroughly. Put in jars and put in refrigerator. Keeps for 3-4 weeks.
