PINEAPPLE SALAD 
1 pkg. lemon jello
1/2 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 c. grated carrots
1/4 c. grated celery
1 (7 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1/4 tsp. salt

Dissolve jello in 1 cup boiling water; add COLD water and pineapple juice (put juice in cup then fill with cold water to make the second cup). To this add vinegar, salt, carrots, pineapple (drained), and celery. To make more, double all ingredients. Mold or a square pan is used.
