1 box Duncan Hines butter yellow cake mix
4 eggs
1/2 c. oil
1 sm. can mandarin oranges with juice

ICING:

1 (9 oz.) Cool Whip
1 sm. pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 (15 oz.) can crushed pineapple with juice

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix together cake ingredients. Grease and flour 3 round pans. Pour mix in pans. Bake for 30 minutes. Cool cake. To assemble cake, spread icing between layers and on top. Refrigerate.
