ITALIAN NO BAKE CAKE | |
1 box vanilla wafers 1 sm. can crushed pineapple 1 c. lemon juice 1 (14 oz.) can condensed milk 1 c. coconut 1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip 1 c. pecans Crumble vanilla wafers. Layer half in bottom of dish. Mix milk, lemon juice and pineapple. Spread half of it over crumbs. Top with coconut or pecans. Repeat, then top with Cool Whip. Refrigerate overnight. |
