CAROLYN DOESN'T BAKE CAKE | |
2 c. flour 2 c. sugar 2 tsp. baking soda 1 (#2 or 16 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained 1/2 c. chopped nuts 2 tsp. vanilla 2 eggs Combine, mix well. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until cake comes from sides. Bake in a 9x13 inch pan. FROSTING: 1 lg. (8 oz.) pkg. softened Philadelphia cream cheese 1/4 c. soft butter or 1 stick 1 tsp. vanilla 1 3/4 c. confectioners' sugar |
