SALMON SPREAD 
1 (7 3/4 oz.) can salmon, drained
1 (125 g) pkg. cream cheese, room temperature
4 tsp. fresh lemon juice
1/2 sm. onion, minced
1 tbsp. finely chopped dill or 1 tsp. dried
2 tsp. horseradish
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Few drops hot pepper sauce
Salt and fresh pepper

Combine all ingredients and taste to adjust seasoning. Transfer to a small bowl. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Next day, shape in a ball and roll in nuts. Return to refrigerator before serving.
