3 Winesap or red Delicious apples, unpeeled
1 tbsp. lemon juice
3/4 c. chopped walnuts
1/3 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
1/2 c. salad dressing
Lettuce

Core apples and slice or dice. Toss with lemon juice. Mix well with remaining ingredients. Serve on lettuce if desired.
