NO BAKE APRICOT COCONUT BALLS 
1-1/2 cups ground dried apricots
2 cups shredded coconut
2/3 cup condensed milk
Confectioners' sugar

Combine apricots and coconut. Add milk; mix well.

Shape into 1-inch balls; roll in sugar.

Place on waxed paper to dry for 1 hour.

Variation: If desired, add grated rind and juice of 1 orange. Form into balls; place on waxed paper; flatten with spoon. Let stand until firm.

Makes around 32.
