CREAMED SALMON ON TOAST 
3 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. chopped green onions
2 cups milk
1 can (14 3/4 oz.) salmon drained & skin and bones removed
1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
1/8 tsp. pepper
6 slices toasted bread

In a saucepan melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour until smooth, add onions. Gradually stir in milk. Bring to a boil: cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened. Reduce heat. Stir in salmon. Salt and pepper if desired. Cook for 10-12 minutes or until heated through. Serve over toast.

Yield 6 servings.
