CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cornbread dressing mix
1 stick butter
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 chicken, cooked and deboned
1 small onion, chopped
2 slices loaf bread, torn in small pieces
1 egg, beaten

Put cooked and deboned chicken into baking dish (9 x 13-inch). Dilute soups with 2 cans of chicken broth and pour over chicken (use broth chicken was cooked in). Melt butter and add dressing mix, onion, loaf bread and egg. Mix well and pour over chicken and soup mixture.

Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
