POT ROAST BEEF 
3 lb. beef
1 (10 1/2 oz.) beef bouillon
Salt and pepper to taste
1 bay leaf
4 med. potatoes, cut in half
10 ginger snaps

Brown beef all over in vegetable oil. Add ingredients, cook for 20 minutes. Let it cool on its own. Remove beef and potatoes and bay leaf. Crush 10 ginger snaps, put into pot with juice. Cook and stir until thick. If too thick, add a little water. Pour over meat and vegetables.
