BEEF BURGUNDY 
5 lb. beef, diced
3 cans of cream of mushroom soup
1 c. dark wine
Chopped, celery, onion, mushrooms, green pepper

Mix all ingredients together in large pan and cover. Bake at 325 degrees for 3 1/2 to 4 hours. Serve over rice or noodles. Cut down the recipe for a smaller group.
