PORK CHOPS WITH SAUERKRAUT | |
1 (16 oz.) can sauerkraut 1-2 lb. center cut pork chops Place sauerkraut in casserole dish (approximately 10 x 10 inch). Trim fat from pork chops. Lightly brown pork chops and place on top of sauerkraut. (Can refrigerate at this point for later cooking, if desired.) Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Can bake potatoes at same time. Good with applesauce. |
