SCALLOPS LINGUINE 
1/4 c. butter
1 (2 1/2 oz.) jar minced garlic
1 lb. fresh bay scallops
1 can Cheddar cheese soup
Oregano
Lemon
Grated Parmesan cheese
Linguine noodles

Prepare the linguine noodles according to the instructions on the package. It will take about as long to cook the noodles as it does to prepare the scallops. Melt the butter in a large skillet. Add the entire loc of garlic and saute until the mixture bubbles. Add the scallops, stirring constantly over a medium- high heat for about one minute.
