LINGUINE WITH SEAFOOD SAUCE 
1/2 lb. scallops
1/2 lb. shrimp, cleaned & shelled
1/2 lb. lobster meat or crab legs, shelled
1/2 lb. chopped clams
1 lb. bluefish
2 sticks butter
1 bulb (not clove) garlic
2 lbs. linguine
Flavored bread crumbs
Pinch of parsley

All seafood is uncooked. In a Dutch oven, melt butter. Peel and chop garlic. Add to butter. Add all seafood except fish. Cook on low heat about 30 to 35 minutes. Add parsley and fish last because it flakes. Try to cook it whole. Cook linguine; drain. Combine with seafood sauce. Put on platter and top with flavored bread crumbs. Serves 6.
