CORN CASSEROLE 
1 can cream-style corn
2 eggs
1 pkg. Jiffy corn muffin mix
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 can whole corn, drained
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. melted butter

Mix together all ingredients except cheese. Place in a lightly greased casserole dish.

Bake at 350°F, uncovered, for 30 minutes. Sprinkle cheese over top and return to oven for 15 minutes or until center is firm.
