CORN CASSEROLE 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. corn muffin mix
1 stick butter
8 oz. sour cream
2 eggs, beaten
1 can cream style corn
1 can whole kernel corn
1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
Green or red pepper or sm. can pimentos

Combine first 6 ingredients. Put in casserole dish. Sprinkle with cheese. Decorate with peppers. Sprinkle with paprika for color. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes.
