SOUR CREAM SAUCE 
1/2 c. butter, melted
2 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. milk
1 pt. sour cream

Melt butter and add flour. Stir until smooth and bubbly. Add milk and continue heating until very thick. Remove from heat and stir in sour cream. Serve hot. Excellent on all types of Mexican food and other dishes.
