SOUR CREAM SAUCE 
2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. Worcestershire
1/3 c. sour cream
1/3 c. milk
1/3 c. chopped onions
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can Golden mushroom soup

1. In 2-quart saucepan over medium heat, in hot; butter, cook onions and Worcestershire sauce until onions are tender, stirring occasionally.

2. Stir in soup, sour cream and milk. Heat through, stirring occasionally. Thin to desired consistency with additional milk, if desired. Serve over meat, vegetables, pasta or rice. Makes about 2 cups.

TO MICROWAVE: In 1-quart microwave-safe casserole, combine butter, onions, and Worcestershire sauce; cover. Microwave on High 2 to 4 minutes until onions are tender. Stir in soup, sour cream and milk. Microwave, uncovered on High 3 to 5 minutes until heated through, stirring occasionally.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
