SPINACH DIP 
1 pkg. chopped frozen spinach, thaw

Put in paper toweling to absorb moisture.

1 c. sour cream
1 c. mayonnaise
1 can sliced water chestnuts, chopped fine
2 green onions, chopped fine
1 pkg. Knorr or Mrs. Grass dry mixed vegetable soup mix

Mix together and keep refrigerated. Best if made 1 day ahead. Serve with rye bread.
