WARM BROCCOLI - N - CHEDDAR DIP 
1 envelope Lipton Vegetable Recipe Soup mix, (if can't find Lipton can use 1/2 pack of Mrs. Grass or Knorr)
1 (16 oz.) container sour cream
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli or spinach, thawed & squeezed dry
1 c. (about 4 oz.) Cheddar cheese, shredded

In a 1-quart casserole dish, combine vegetable recipe soup mix, sour cream, broccoli, and 3/4 cup cheese until smooth. Top with remaining 1/4 cup cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Makes about 3 cups dip.
