1 c. barbecue sauce
1 qt. tomatoes
1 c. Minute Rice
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
1 chicken, cut up

Mix together sauce, tomatoes, rice, celery and green peppers. Set aside. Flour and brown chicken and place in a 12 x 9 inch baking dish. Pour rice mixture over the top. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
